Made from 2014 first-fill bourbon barrels, so it’s just shy of six years old.

NOSE
An unusual depth of aromas, beginning with oak; vanilla and light coffee tones follow.

TASTE
This is a real treat.  Vanilla and heather honey quickly give way to sweet autumn fruits. Cherries are prevalent, and there are hints of dried apple and raisins. It develops and grows on the palate; the mix of flavours reminds one of Christmas cake.
