The sixth instalment in Wolfburn’s small-batch series, Batch 318 has been crafted from a combination of lightly-peated spirit matured for a little over seven years in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts, married with spirit matured for seven years in first-fill bourbon barrels. These casks produced just 4,800 bottles in total and the result is a sweet, rounded, sumptuous whisky with an outstanding depth of flavour.
