Rum & Cane Asia Pacific XO Rum is a limited release blend of rum produced in Indonesia and Fiji, crafted from molasses and distilled using column stills then aged in ex-bourbon casks. This is a very limited release of 2,000 bottles worldwide.
In Fiji, fresh sugar cane grown on the island is processed into sugar and molasses which is used to make Fiji rum. The Chinese brought distilling techniques to Java in the 15th Century. A very unusual blend – this might just change your perception of rum. No colours, flavours or sugar have been added.
